Returns and refunds

RETURNS ON CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS; unfortunately we do not accept returns or give refunds for products that are made by clients or customers. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO EXCEPTIONS NO NEGOTIATING.

PRODUCTS MADE BY VELVET TOUCH

As long as you have the proof of purchase and it is within the 30day return time Frame , we can return, exchange or refund the products amount that was paid.

returns/refunds will be refunded by the same method of payment received. if its a non-working or closed account we can then offer cash back.

product must not show signs of more than a quarter of usage, packaging mustn't be damaged and the labels and price tags are still present.

there will be no returns/refunds or exchanges after the 30 days period. all sales are final.
